We offer computer numerically controlled milling and machining services most commonly for the following three applications:

1) Prototyping to test design work. We machine product from solid blocks of plastic or steel to check form fit and function prior to making production tooling.

2) Pilot run production. For production runs of under 100 units, we will often machine the parts one at a time to eliminate the need for tooling costs.

3) Secondary operations. Typically for castings with specific dynamic balancing, threading, or complex radius requirements which cannot be acheived through molding alone.
